After receiving the returned goods, we will verify whether the return conditions have been met. Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law or our terms and conditions of sale.

The goods must be returned complete and, where applicable, in their original packaging, including all labels and markings. Missing original packaging, labels, accessories, or any damage or signs of use exceeding what is necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods may result in a reduction of the refund amount due to a loss in value of the goods.
